Jordan Handed Another Year

Stephen Jordan's Fleetwood career has been extended for another year with it confirmed that he's signed a new one year deal.

The experienced full back was made aware of Graham Alexander's decision to award him a new deal when he was on holiday, which he told the official website was delighted to hear and more than happy to sign with him looking forward to the season ahead.

'The gaffer rang me whilst I was away on holiday and said that he wanted me to stay, so I am over the moon that I have signed a new deal.

'I am really pleased everything has got sorted and I can't wait for the season to kick-off next month.'

Jordan knows were a club on the up and hopes this long continues.

Injuries have always been an issue for Jordan but what can't be doubted is his quality as he's a player that would probably be playing in the Premier League, at least Championship, if he didn't have these issues.

All being well though with his help we'll be in the Championship at the end of the season anyway!
