Fleetwood react to the defeat last time round to get a home win over Notts County on Saturday to move within a point of the League 1 play-offs. Despite falling behind to an early Notts County goal, and ending with 10-men, we saw out a two-one win at Highbury.

A failure to clear away a freekick gave Thompson (11) the chance and he made no mistake to beat Maxwell to give Notts County the early lead, a second almost came but when it didn't an equaliser came when Haughton and Sarcevic combined to leave McAlinden (25) with a tap in to level it up.

Hughton was the creator of the second, just past the hour, when he pulled back to Ball (62) who put us two-one up.

We ended with 10-men when Crainey was shown a second yellow card but we did enough to see out the final 20-minutes.
